I’m Gina - the brains (and beauty) behind this site. I created Buenos Aires Style so that I could write about everything I love about Buenos Aires and share it with the world. And really what isn’t there to love?

When I’m not hacking away at the computer or totally “nerding-out” at any of the local internet cafes here, I’m out on the town. There’s so much to do here at (literally) every hour of the day and night, I almost have no time to post! But I do anyway!

I’m originally from Chicago (USA). To make a long story short, a few years ago, I moved to Buenos Aires in 2006 for the love and joy in my heart that I have here. I took classes in Castellano [no the language here is not simply Spanish but Castellano [pronounced Kas tay zhah no]) and found a job doing what I know best - marketing and strategy. Just this year, I’ve made another big change and started my own marketing consulting company (shameless plug here) - Extraspectiva.

I relish being in the presence of great and creative minds - and in Buenos Aires - I do that every day. So here I am - sharing the coolness of BA with you.
